The 5th Place, a centre for everyone, by everyone

The 5th Place is registered for the French National Tourism and Disability label and works closely with our visitors to provide inclusive tours tailored to disabled visitors.

Visitor information

Persons with mobility disability

  • Step-free access: lift, exhibitions and facilities on levels 0 and 1, toilets
  • Manual wheelchairs are available (an identity document is required)

Persons with hearing disability

  • Induction loop available at reception
  • The audiovisual content of the A Trip through Strasbourg permanent exhibition is subtitled

Persons with visual disability

  • Lifts feature visual and audible floor announcements
  • Tactile models
  • Aroma boxes
